Kids under 8 years old are not recommended for the Virtual Reality experience ♿ Accessibility: the venue is wheelchair accessible ❓ Please consult the FAQs of this experience here 🧦 Please bear in mind that socks need to be worn in the bubble bath Birthday Celebrations ⏳ You will have 30 minutes to enjoy the birthday room and celebrate and after that, you can visit the Bubble Planet experience which will takes approx. 60-90 minutes 🤸 You will be assigned a coordinator upon arrival, the coordinator will assist you group with check in, locating the party room, and beginning the Bubble Planet experience once the party is complete 🎂 You are welcome to provide pizza or cake to eat in the party room. Cold Beverages will be provided 👥 If you are unsure about the number of attendees, please select the minimum, you can add more attendees upon arrival. The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room. Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 30 people. When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets. All Guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are under 3 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to bring your own decorations however we do not permit any tape on the walls. You are welcome to bring in your own food and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite. In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room starts your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks. The room comes with tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for cake, as well as a selection of soft drinks, water, and juice.
