About this Event
Join BTS and our partners (Urban Hope Community Church, Manifold Vision, Briarwood Presbyterian Church, and the Center for Biblical Unity) for our Fall Theology Conference, hosting the Center for Biblical Unity Team. This year's conference focuses on Biblical Views on Justice in Society, exploring how Scripture speaks to contemporary issues of justice, equity, and social responsibility. Learn more about the Center for Biblical Unity and this fall's conference below:
The Center for Biblical Unity team is focused on creating conversations and conversational spaces in the Church and Christian community at large can discuss these issues. In a culture polarized by race, and where conversations about race often lead to division, strife, and blame, CFBU exists to lead respectful and Bible-centered conversations on race, unity, and justice.
CFBU believes that the solution to these issues must start with Scripture. They begin with defining terms according to Scripture, not culture. Their aim is to use Scripture to define terms like humanity, race, love, and justice. They also work to bring practical tools for clergy and lay people to walk out the ideals of racial unity and biblical justice.
In this conference, we'll examine biblical foundations for understanding justice, discuss practical applications for faith communities, and consider how believers can engage constructively with societal challenges. The Center for Biblical Unity Team brings together diverse voices and perspectives united by a commitment to scriptural truth and Christian fellowship.
Whether you're a pastor, ministry leader, student, or simply someone seeking biblical wisdom on social issues, this conference offers valuable insights and meaningful dialogue. Connect with fellow believers, deepen your theological understanding, and discover how biblical justice principles can transform communities. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of an important conversation about faith and society.
