Sponsoring is Beverly’s Gun, Archery, and Pawn, Spencer’s Antler Crafts, and Mount’n Man Taxidermy!
The VDGIF will be testing for CWD (Chronic Wasting Disease) on site!
There will be FREE Food and Drinks along with WoodBooger on Wheels which will also be at the Buck Pole! Donations will be accepted!
There will be 2 Competitions!
Our First Competition will be the scoring of the bucks harvested on the day of the buck pole November 16, 2024! There will be a $5 entry fee for every buck entered into the contest and it will be a 100% payout to the 1st place winner!
THIS IS NOT A CHECK STATION
ALL HUNTERS ENTERING THE BUCK POLE CONTEST MUST HAVE
A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND A VALID HUNTING LICENSE NUMBER PRIOR TO ENTERING THE CONTEST!
We will also have a deer mount on site that you can guess the gross score of! There will be 3 categories Men, Women, and Youth (12 years old and under) for guessing the score of the mount and each category will have 1 winner in which will receive a prize!
