BTB Annual Drive Thru Tri-Tip Dinner

Break the Barriers is commemorating 41 years of serving communities in the Central Valley and around the world! We want to personally invite you to join us in celebrating. Break the Barriers continues to adapt, restructure, and expand our outreach programs to support underserved and diverse communities in the Central Valley. In lieu of our traditional Annual Fund raiser Dinner, we will hold a Drive Thru Tri-Tip Dinner to raise support for our inclusive programs here in the heart of Fresno.

$125 for a dinner for 4

*Please note you will not be able to buy a meal on the day of the event as we must pre-purchase food based on ticket sales.

Donations are tax deductible. $79 of ticket price is a charitable contribution.

Dinner p ick up location: Break the Barriers (8555 N. Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA 93720)

Dinner pick up instructions: Come to Break the Barriers at your pick up time slot. Enter at the first Cedar entrance and our staff will direct you to the food pick up area. Please bring your ticket confirmation (either the digital confirmation on your phone or printed out) when you come to pick up your dinner.

Please consider joining us at Break the Barriers in our mission. You can partner with us via sponsorship for our Drive Thru Tri-Tip Dinner on October 10, 2025, in one of the following three ways:

1. Purchasing tickets to attend the Drive Thru Tri-tip Dinner (one dinner feeds four people)

2. Donating merchandise or gift certificates for our Silent Auction, which will be held online from September 22 through October 6, 2025. Buy some raffle tickets at the Break the Barriers office or from a team member.

3. Sponsoring the Auction or Dinner Event as Business Partners, which we will honor via the following methods:

• $5,000 Sponsor: Includes corporate or personal hand in our entryway, displaying sponsor logo on Barrier Breaker Jerseys as well as the Break the Barriers website and social media accounts for one year, and three tri-tip dinners.

• $2,000 Sponsor: Includes displaying sponsor logo or name on Barrier Breaker Jerseys as well as the Break the Barriers website and social media accounts for one year and two tri-tip dinners.

• $500 Sponsor: Includes displaying sponsor logo on the Break the Barriers website and social media accounts and one tri-tip dinner.
