James Oliver, the phenomenal guitarist from South Wales, plays a fiery mix of blues, rockabilly and rock and roll, influenced by the likes of Duane Eddy, Link Wray and Hank Williams. At just 31 years old, James is one of the UK's busiest acts, playing over 300 gigs a year all over the UK, Europe, and the USA.
He has shared the stage with the likes of Albert Lee, Bill Kirchen, Deke Leonard, Greg Koch, Walter Trout, Steve Gibbons, Billy Bremner, Geraint Watkins, amongst many others.
In 2020 James won the UK Blues Awards Emerging Artist of the Year and has since been nominated 3 additional times.
James has released 2 studio albums, 3 live albums and his album Twang was #1 on Amazon Blues Charts for 3 weeks.
He will be joined for his second set by the accomplished all female rhythm section of Lucy Piper on Drums and Sophie Lord on bass.
