Bookings go live at 12 noon March 31st 2021.Hello! These fantastic BSUPA Level 1 ‘Ready to Ride’ group SUP sessions at the Trifarm swimming lake in Boreham are suitable for those who are completely new to SUP or have SUPed before but have not yet received the BSUPA Level 1 ‘Ready to Ride’ skills/competency certificate. (BSUPA is the British Stand Up Paddle Association.)
You will be using our SUP kit, buoyancy aids & high vis rash vests. You will need to provide all your own clothing & footwear (see details in 4 below). If you have one, you can bring your own SUP board.
*Children aged 11yrs-17yrs can participate as long as a parent or legal guardian is booked into the session, paddling with them and supervising them at all times, on a 1:2:1 basis (i.e. one child per parent/legal guardian.) *If you have 2 children & only one parent/legal guardian, please email us [email protected] or call us on 07597 094233 to discuss before making your booking, thank you. It MUST be their parent or legal guardian paddling with the child, no one else, thank you.
The Government currently requires outdoor activity instruction to be conducted in small groups & for us ALL to maintain social distancing. As such, we have labelled each small group at Trifarm in the booking system with a colour, and each colour group will be taught separately in the lake environs. The colour means nothing about competence, it is only used to manage social distancing :) This is BLUE group. If you can't find spaces here try looking at another colour group (green or pink).
If you are a parent or legal guardian booking to attend with your 11yr-17yr old child, you MUST both be booked into the same colour group. If you want to be with your friend or relative, please make sure you are booked in the same colour group. If you can not find spaces here in BLUE, come out of this activity & go check our GREEN & PINK Trifarm 'Ready to Ride' activity listings. If you are trying to book for a private family session, or for a larger group, such as a corporate team, please speak to Anni on 07597 094233 for advice. Thank you.
