In 1977, @FrankBeyMusic quit singing after a deal gone wrong
with the Godfather of Soul, James Brown. More than forty years later Frank was invited to Nashville by four-time GRAMMY winner Tom Hambridge, Buddy Guy’s producer, to record 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, the album of his life. It was released on Nola
Blue Records and nominated for a Blues Music Award in 2019.
His follow-up album, 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙈𝙮 𝘿𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙞𝙙, was nominated for a Blues Music Award in 2021, bringing his total lifetime nominations to 7. 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙈𝙮 𝘿𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙞𝙙 received a posthumous
GRAMMY nomination in 2021.
