About artist:
Born and raised in the streets of Sofia. Started with graffiti in the early 2000s and never let his passion fade away. The work of GLOW is deeply rooted in urban culture and its free spirit. An honest self-expression using the language of the streets.
With a fresh colour palette, bold typography and intuitive shapes and movements, his artworks pop out from the standard format and definition of graffiti. Experimentation has always been part of his path and led him to develop personal signature balancing geometric shapes, fluid gradients and playful textures.
GLOW has created five solo exhibitions and took part in a large number of group exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad as well as participating in many graffiti and urban art festivals in Europe and the US. In 2020 he was the first graffiti artist to realize a mural in the atrium of ‘Kvadrat 500’ invited by the National Art Gallery in Sofia.
In recent years the artist has developed his work into large scale format, working mostly on vertical and horizontal mural installations and different types of site-specific urban art interventions.
