About this Event
Connect with other educators that need to “brush up” on their self- care coping strategies to promote creativity, back to school momentum and tools for a more balanced self-care regimine to manage emotional wellness throughout the school year.
No art skills needed! Come with an open mind and be prepared to just vibe! You'll be guided through an experience of down to earth fun with other educators that's looking for the creative space to mentally escape.
*Bonus: tools will also be taught how to utilize with students as a tangible stress management and self regulation skill to promote a more productive class environment for effective learning.
