Brunch is the most important meal of the weekend! There are dozens of dishes to make your weekend meals sparkle and they are so much easier than you imagine. Join our first Brunching for Fun Class, learn some simple techniques to “breakfast anytime” dishes AND meet cool people! The 90+ minute afternoon will start with some discussion and demonstration for some basic recipes and then at least 30 minutes to practice some of the techniques. After the class, you can play Catch Phrase or card games for another 30-60 minutes to socialize and win prizes.
The class will be on Sunday, January 23 at 11:30am at 51 Rainey St, Austin. Masks will be available to use when you are not actively eating or drinking. Bring Your Own Beverages (BYOB) is encouraged.

About the instructor: Adam Wisnewski is the cook and owner of Breakfast, Life, and Dinner and helps students gain *Confidence in the Kitchen* with an easy going, fast paced, knowledgeable teaching style. He has been in the kitchen for more than 45 years and loves bringing the joy and wonder of cooking to his students. Sushi rolling has been his most popular class since he started teaching.
