Ladders for Leaders is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a primary goal of ensuring that students acquire workplace readiness skills and gain a competitive edge as they apply to colleges, pursue scholarships, or enter the workforce. Ladders for Leaders pays students through fundraising for the internship and partners with companies interested in having a student work for six weeks during the summer, at no cost to their business.
