Brunch n Heal is an event for women and men, alike. To give you different and wholistic alternatives to healing your mind body and soul. This event will change the way you see healing and allow you to release and transform. We all have suffered from some sense of pain or trauma. What most don’t know, is that suppressing such issues can cause DIS EASE, within the body..Called blood pressure, cancer, diabetes and so many other underlying issues that we are told are hereditary.
A lot of the food we consume is only making us sicker by the day. In order to raise our vibration we must know that we HAVE to heal ourselves…. And not by suppressing the issue with the white drugs that the pharmaceutical companies give us.
