This class will provide information about Homestead Exemption requirements, deadlines, protections it provides for homeowners as well as what information you can provide to your clients to ensure they're covered. Attorney Anthony Messina will also be present to answer any questions regarding how properties with Homestead Exemption may be effected when ownership of property changes, i.e. quit claim deeds, etc.
