Bridlington Rugby Club invites you to Party in the Park 2024

Taking place at Bridlington Rugby Club offering you the opportunity to enjoy a great chilled out day of non-stop music, food, drinks & family fun! Live music will be played throughout the day from a variety of acts bringing you everything from modern day singalong anthems to 70s classics.

Food & drink will be available, including beers, a gin bar, indoor bar, outdoor bar, greek food, pizzas, burgers, hotdogs & much more!

Please familiarise yourselves with the below rules, which you and your group must adhere to during your time at the event at Bridlington Rugby Union Football Club (BRUFC):

- Tickets are only valid if purchased from an authorised seller. Online tickets are only available on Eventbrite.com

- Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable basis.

- BRUFC shall not be liable for any indirect costs associated with a postponed or cancelled event.- Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.- You are responsible for your ticket, or any tickets purchased until they are exchanged for individual wristbands, which will be issued upon your arrival. Please wear them at all times during the event as anyone found not to be wearing one, will be asked to leave the event. Wristbands will remain the property of BRUFC Ltd. However any damaged wristbands can be exchanged at the entrance to the event.- Your ticket purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms and BRUFC Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.- All under 16's must be accompanied to the event by an adult and supervised accordingly.- By attending, you accept that prolonged exposure to loud music or noise can damage your hearing.- By attending the event you are giving your consent to have your likeness to be included in any promotional media.- Food and drink (including alcohol) may not be brought into the event and security bag searches will be undertaken on entry to the event and potentially on exit. BRUFC reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited item/s upon entry to the site via a search, or at any other given time during the event.

- Drinks served onsite will only be served in Party in the Park reusable plastic cups which will be available to purchase on the day for £1 or feel free to bring one from a previous Party in the Park event.

- No fires or open flames on the site at any time and our security will be on site to ensure this happens. People/groups going against this will be asked to leave the event.

- Gazebos and windbreaks are not permitted on site. However camping chairs and picnic blankets are allowed at the event.

- No trading allowed within the venue, without BRUFC's prior consent.

- BRUFC use Yorkshire Coast Entertainment security firm and their uniformed staff, will have the use of body cams and no anti-social behaviour is accepted at the event. Anything deemed inappropriate at this family event, individuals will be removed from the event.

- BRUFC and the on-site security have a zero tolerance drug policy and anyone seen having any or under the influence of drugs, will be removed from site.

- You must adhere to any instructions made on site by any member of Security or BRUFC Ltd staff or their representatives.

- No entry or re-entry into the site after 8:00pm, however prior to this you will be able to leave and return the event with a valid wristband.

- BRUFC accepts no responsibility for any liability for any personal or property damage, or injuries sustained at the event, unless as the result of our negligence.

- Please make every effort to use the bins provided at the event to keep the site clean and tidy.

- No animals, other than guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site during the event.

- BRUFC has limited parking on site, however there is further ERoYC car park nearby on Moorfield Road, Bridlington YO16 4LE
