We hope you have saved the date of SUNDAY 1st FEBRUARY from 08:00 until 13:00. Well folks now is the time we can give something back to our wonderful Club.The Winter Warmer on Sunday, the 1st of February, provides vital funding for our Club and it is a chance for us to show how inclusive and supportive we are . Please, please volunteer to marshal, we need at least 120 people to keep everyone safe en route, set up the event and make sure everyone has a fabulous day.
Every position is important to us so whether you are on the most remote marshal point, the finish line or the car parks, you are needed.
The aim is to get everybody in a position they are familiar with so the race runs as smoothly as it did last year. You will be given full instructions on what is expected of you and a marshal briefing by the Race Director will be given by video link closer to the date and also in-person at 09:00 on the day of the race.
I will be at the Marshal Registration desk to mark you present, give you your lanyards/bibs/radios and any special instructions on the day. Car park marshals will be briefed separately at 08:15
We will be setting up at the Indoor Track area the day before, so anyone on Baggage, Race Registration, Marshal Registration, Finishers Area or Charity Cake Stall can prepare beforehand so the day itself is more enjoyable for everyone.

Members are welcome to ask their friends and family to join them on the day, the more cheers the runners receive, the faster they will run 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️🏃♂️
