Join Chef Tommy Tucker as he teaches you the procedure for flavoring a brownie and illustrates the vast number of ways a basic brownie can be customized. You do not have to add any additional flavorings to your brownie. Sometimes a simple dusting of powdered sugar can make a simple brownie pop. In this class, you will make a classic fudgy brownie and apply what you learn to make variations such as chocolate mint brownies, candied and peppered bacon brownies, and rocky road brownies.
