All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, changes in personal schedule, or dissatisfaction with the event experience.
Future Event Credit (Case-by-Case Basis):
In the event you are unable to attend, Lifestyle Group may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a credit toward a future occurrence of the same event. Such requests must be submitted in writing no later than 48 hours before the event start time and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the specific event for which they are issued.
