Join us for an unforgettable live cabaret experience featuring an all-star cast of Black burlesque artists, drag performers, and live musicians, all embracing the spirit of Halloween! Prepare for a time-traveling adventure through performances that celebrate different decades of Black music, showcasing iconic hits and dazzling costumes - and perhaps a few spooky surprises! After the show, keep the energy alive with an all-RnB DJ set that will have you dancing until the night ends!

A BRAND NEW VENUE IN WEST HOLLYWOOD!
Step into NORMA, near the bustling corner of La Cienega and Melrose, where elegance meets relaxation in a fine dining experience like no other. Imagine a chic living room with a touch of 1970s Southern California flair, skillfully designed by the minds behind Nobu Dubai. NORMA isn't just a restaurant or a bar—it's a vibrant blend of both, making it the perfect backdrop for business meetings, romantic dinners, or laid-back Sunday brunches. With the inviting tagline "this must be the place," NORMA aims to be your go-to sanctuary of comfort and camaraderie, offering the exclusive vibe of a Soho House without the membership fuss.
Our evening begins at 7pm with a cocktail hour before the live performance kicks off. After the show, which is two acts with a brief intermission, the DJ takes over and keeps us dancing until the end of the night to the best in new R&B and all the throwbacks we know and love.

Ticket price is for entry to the event and show. This event has a 2 drink minimum for all guests. Beverage menu to include cocktails as well as non-alcoholic options for purchase. Dinner service and/or bottle service is strongly recommended for all table reservations. New venue means new seating options - please read the descriptions carefully to understand how they differ.
NORMA is a cashless establishment. While you are more than welcome to tip the performers in cash, the bar will not be able to make change for you. COME PREPARED.
Valet parking is available at NORMA. Metered street parking is plentiful in the surrounding area, though it can be difficult to find at peak times. Numerous pay-to-park lots are in the immediate vicinity. Consider ridesharing.
Dress to impress. Costumes welcomed, though not required.
COSTUME POLICY: Costumes may not be violent or offensive. No weapons of any kind permitted, real or fake. No costumes that may damage, litter or stain the facilities or other guests. No costumes that drag on the ground. No full face masks allowed. Admission will be at the discretion of event door staff.
