Hey Brown Girls! It’s time for another event, and we are headed to the Sky Barre for an aerial yoga class. Aerial yoga is a form of yoga that uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat.
You won't want to miss this amazing opportunity with limited spacing. Check-in starts at 6:00 p.m., and class begins at 6:30 p.m., so arrive early and get ready to move your body and clear your mind. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes.
But that's not all - after our class, I’ll have dinner at a Mexican restaurant in the area, and I would love for you all to join us.
Spots are limited, so purchase your ticket early! The cost of the class is $45.00. The cost will cover the 1-hour aerial yoga class and a BGBO tote bag. So join me and discover a new form of yoga - I can't wait to see you there!
