Braised Short Rib
An 8 oz portion of our slow-braised short rib, glazed with its own rich drippings, served with purple sweet potato soubise, confit farm carrots, and strawberry onion jam.

Brown-Butter Strawberry Shortcake
Our signature dessert, featuring a rich brown-butter shortcake layered with the season’s finest strawberries.
