Broward College’s Greene International Education Institute The Greene International Institute of Broward College is proud to announce that we will be extending South Florida hospitality to our international partners, fellow colleagues, and friends, by hosting the 2023 BC World Conference from Monday, May 8th to Friday, May 12th. This much-anticipated annual Conference with our international partners and university colleagues will serve as a platform for "Reconnecting International Partners". Fort Lauderdale is affectionately known world-wide as the “Venice of America” for its winding waterways with mega-yachts docked behind the multi-million-dollar mansions.
Delegates are encouraged to arrive on Monday, May 8, to take advantage of the networking opportunity by attending the Welcome Reception in the evening. On Tuesday, May 9, delegates will have the opportunity to attend our graduation ceremony. A representative from each active Broward College international partnership will be recognized at the ceremony.
The Conference regular sessions will commence the morning of Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at the Willis Holcombe Center (WHC) on historic Las Olas Blvd. The A. Hugh Adams Central Campus in Davie, FL will host the meetings on Thursday, May 11, and we will return to the WHC for the final day of meetings on Friday, May 12, 2023. This year, we are inviting participants to submit proposals for conference presentations of benefit and interest to attendees. Delegates are invited to attend the Award Dinner scheduled for the evening of May 11, to enjoy some South Florida hospitality and fortify existing and new connections!
