About this Event
Join the Brooks Run Club Seattle for a community run on Thursday, August 28, from 6:00–7:30 PM in partnership with Tierra Libre Run, founded out on the trails of Portland, OR!
We’ll have 3- and 5-mile route options with pacers from both Brooks and Tierra Libre Run. After the run, stick around for drinks, snacks, and a raffle in-store.
Tierra Libre Run creates pathways for runners of color to access, enjoy, and lead in trail running. Through our BIPOC Athlete Fund, we remove financial barriers by sponsoring race entries throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our community-powered mentorship program connects experienced BIPOC runners with newcomers, while our weekly group runs and events build the connections every runner deserves. We're building a platform where BIPOC runners thrive through community, mentorship, and access. Brooks is excited to partner with Tierra Libre Run to contribute to the BIPOC Athlete Fund and provide gear to participants!
