We’re thrilled to let you know that Brooks running will be joining us on Saturday 30th August. Brooks are the official footwear partner of parkrun. They come to selected parkruns with their activation zones where runners can test shoes and receive advice.
How it works:-
You need to book in to reserve the shoe style & size you want to try (link attached).
You run or walk in their shoes then swap them back for yours afterwards.
There will be Brooks staff on site to help with footwear advice.
Personally, I found it a great way to try a different shoe width /size. Lots of ladies now run in “men’s” shoes for the width in the toe box. There’s no pressure to buy.
