In the event a show is cancelled or rescheduled, information will be sent via email to ticket purchasers, if we have contact information. In the event a ticketed event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new date. Please note: If an event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded. Any fees associated with the ticket purchase may be retained. Tickets purchased with a credit card, will be refunded on the original card used to purchase the tickets. Brooklyn Opera House and Michael J Manatt Community Center are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources. Lost or stolen tickets will be reprinted at the ticket managers discretion after the purchase is verified.
