Course 1: October – December
Dry: Wednesdays from 15th Oct 25 (6:30–8:30pm)
Wet: Sundays from 19th Oct 25 (11am–1pm)
🔹 Requirements:
- 15+ years old (by final assessment)
- Current financial member
- 400m flat water swim under 9 minutes (signed off by club assessor)
