🐶 Dog Adoptions: All adoptions will include the pet's spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. To adopt, you must be above the age of 18 and present a valid photo ID.
🔎Microchips: Microchips are limited to the first 100 pets. Pets must be on leash or in a carrier and be above 6 weeks of age or weigh at least 2lbs. There is no limit to how many pets each person can bring until the 100 microchip limit is reached.
💉Vaccines: The following low-cost vaccines will be provided by Eastlake Animal Clinic:
🐶 🐱 Rabies $24
🐶 Parvo/Distemper $19
🐶 Bordetella $18
🐱 FVRCP $19
