Broker Responsibility Class

This course is required for all brokers, managers and team leaders who supervise other licensees. This course addresses the regulatory aspects of the management, operation and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. This Course will provide insight to Delegated supervisors, Competency and training for agents, required documentation, additional broker responsibilities and TREC enforcement.
