BROKER SUPERVISION REDEFINED — “SUPERVISION ON & OFF THE FIELD”
● Understanding benefits, risks, responsibilities, and regulations in building your broker supervision team: managing broker vs qualifying & associate broker vs team lead/principal.
● Common practices for broker supervision: planning regular meetings, publishing policy materials, on going training, & open communication.
Finale: Evaluating and implementing leadership & management techniques.
