Come together in this unique practice where yoga and singing meet at the center of expression — the Throat Chakra.
We’ll begin with a short conversation about the power of our voices and how they shape communication, truth, and creativity. From there, flow through an accessible vinyasa/yin sequence set to live music — a mix of pop favorites, Broadway classics, and traditional yogic chants (including “Om”). The blend of movement and song invites joy, presence, and playfulness.
To close, we’ll explore our own voices with simple projection techniques, group chanting, and the resonance of sound within the body. You’ll leave with tools to carry clarity, confidence, and vibrant expression off the mat and into your life.
