"Weekend On Air" is a 2-day, hands-on creative workshop designed to introduce participants to the core practices of radio broadcasting, podcast production, and audio storytelling. Delivered by experienced broadcaster Kim Little, the workshop is aimed at youth, emerging creatives, and community members interested in music, media, communication, and performance.Participants will gain practical experience using professional radio and recording equipment, develop original audio concepts, and complete a recorded project by the end of the weekend. The workshop encourages both solo and collaborative creativity and is structured to suit a broad range of interests including DJing, interviewing, comedy, live performance, and issue-based discussion.
