The 2025 Britton, Myers, McWhite Family Reunion is being hosted in Williamsburg, Virginia. This year’s reunion will be held Friday – Sunday 25-27 July at the Spark by Hilton Williamsburg Historic Area, 102 Bypass Rd Williamsburg, VA. The room rates will be as follows: Double Queen Suite ($169/night plus applicable taxes)or $191.28 per room/per day.

Reservations: Hotel reservations must be made by 25 July 2025. Check-in is 3:00 PM. Friday, 25 July and check-out is 11:00 AM on Sunday, 28 July. Reservations should be made by contacting the hotel Reservations office at 757-220-0880 and referencing the Britton, Myers, McWhite Family Reunion group block. No refunds will be issued unless extenuating circumstances exist. These circumstances must be reported before the reunion.

All reservations are subjected to a two night room deposit ($382.52) will be taken from each reservation card on file for 30 days prior to arrival. Any card which declines during this process will have their reservation cancelled and will be unable to rebook at the group rate.

Souvenirs: Reunion t-shirts are included in the registration cost. No merchandise will be sold at the reunion and no purchased merchandise will be mailed. You must be present to receive your souvenir t-shirt and due to time constraints, no orders will be accepted after June 30, 2025 (no exceptions).

Meals:

Breakfast: Included in the hotel cost

Lunch: Sunday at Rocco’s included in registration fee

Dinner: Saturday at Captain Georges included in registration fee

Info: Start your day with breakfast in the hotel lobby. Fill your day with local activities culminating in dinner at 7:00pm sharp at Captain Georges. All parties must be present for seating. End the day’s activities in the hotel lobby recapping the experiences with family.

Info: Start your day with breakfast in the hotel lobby. Let’s church, fellowship, eat, and have the family business meeting at Rocco’s starting at 1000am. Following lunch continue to enjoy local activities or begin your journey home.

Info: We will be seated at 7:00 sharp. All parties must be present for us to be seated. If you mis our window, you are on your own and we will see you later.
