Our Business Insight Event offer a relaxed, informal, yet effective way for business owners or senior management to connect with influencers in the British-Polish business community.
It is suitable for established entrepreneurs looking to exchange views and opinions about business relationships in the UK and Poland.
Registration
We anticipate up to 120 delegates for this event, which traditionally garners considerable interest. Please take note of the following details:
- The event is free of charge, limited to one delegate per business.
- Preference will be given to Business Owners and Decision Makers in middle to senior management roles, subject to Embassy security clearance.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Organizers reserve the right to decline registrations without providing reasons; affected registrants will be informed accordingly.
- Approved delegates will receive tickets and confirmation of their registration status.
- Tickets will be accessible starting September 1st, 2024.
Event Format
After a welcome from the Embassy, we will hear short Business Insights from our Guest speakers before our introduction session and informal networking. Light refreshement, will be provided.
Organisers will endeavour to match you with your desired contact to facilitate the process of potential commercial ventures. Five businesses will be drawn to give a 30-second elevator pitch to the room.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is no free car park available near the event venue.
What is the dress code?
Dress code: Business Formal. Women: Business-style dress, dress with a jacket. Men: dark business suit.
Should I bring a photo ID?
Yes. Each approved participant MUST bring a photo ID for the security check.
No ID, No entry.
Why do I need to bring a photo ID?
When you enter the Polish Embassy building, it is as if you were entering the country of Poland. ID is necessary.
How many guests will attend the event?
We expect to reach our maximum of 120 delegates.
Can I bring guests to the event?
Yes, you can invite guests to this event but please note each delegate must be registered via Eventbrite and his/her registration must be approved. Please also note, that booking is strictly for business owners or decision-makers in middle to senior management positions and subject to security clearance by the Embassy.
Is my ticket transferable?
No, you can't transfer your ticket to someone else.
