The 3rd Bristol Running Show is coming next Spring 2024, and we're excited to welcome you to join us!The Bristol Running Show features a wide range of exhibitors, that will help you get started walking or running and if you have already made a start, then there will be advice and support to help you make greater progress to reach goals you once thought beyond reach.
Visitors will have the opportunity to browse stalls with local and regional retailers, therapists, coaches and chat to representatives of some of Bristol's top walking/running clubs and groups.
The show will begin at 9 am with a series of sessions including Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and fitness classes.
There will be running events in the morning around the playing field.
From 10:00 am there will be workshops and a program of talks from our guest speakers which will be announced in due course.
In addition if you have any questions, from 10:00 am you can Ask The Expert, experienced athletes and professionals will offer invaluable insights into the many dimensions of running.
Join us for a day of learning, networking, and inspiration.
