The weekend includes 6 hours of acrobatic workshops each day, covering a mixture of technical foundations, skill work and coaching. The content will be tailored to the interests of the participants but may include:
- Balance skills in hand-to-hand and foot-to-hand
- Dynamic skills in hand-to-hand and foot-to-hand
- Entries and exits eg. podcheska, pitching, and other transitions
- Group acrobatics
- Drills and training advice
Pre-requisites:
- Standing F2H and H2H
- Recommended to come in a duo, but if you would like help finding a partner please get in touch.
Timings:
11am - 7pm Saturday 16th November
10am - 6pm Sunday 17th November
