Join Bristol Girl at their very FIRST Christmas Charity Fair raising much needed funds for 'Off the Record' - a Mental Health charity. All profits raised will go directly to the charity.
PLEASE BRING CASH AS WE WILL ONLY HAVE ONE CARD MACHINE!
Fun stations include:
. Christmas Card Station - Write and decorate a card that will be given to local care homes in the area :) ✒️ (Included in entry)
. Book Swap Station - Aptly named 'Don't judge a book by its cover' - wrapped up in paper with just three words to describe its content - bring a book along wrapped up in the same way and swap one that you like the sound of! ? (Included in entry)
. Sweet Treat Station - Indulge in some sweet treats in the form of cake and hot chocolate from our kitchen crew! (Not included in entry cost)
. Photo Area - Grab your friends and take a xmassy photo or two in our backdrop area with fun props (Not included in entry, but donations welcome!)
. Board Game Area - Join our Board Game Arena and play to your hearts content!
. Women's Refuge Shoebox Station - Alongside OFT we are making shoeboxes full of items that we are taking directly to Next Link to distribute. Please either bring along any of the following & a shoebox to join the BG team in putting these together:
- Non Perishable Food such as biscuits, sweets etc
- Toiletries (No razors)
- Books/Pens/Colouring Books
- No toys for children under 6/No candles
The BG Team will be supplying some of these items if you forget and want to get involved but this will incur an additional cost.
There will also be fun competitions throughout the day where you can win a prize such as 'Best Christmas Jumper', 'Fastest Shoebox Filler' & 'Best Tetrix Style Shoebox' so plenty to get involved with. At 2pm we will have a Speedfriending activity so come with friends, or come to meet new ones!
And last but not least - we have a incredible RAFFLE with insane prizes that you guys can buy tickets for for a chance of winning some seriously AWESOME prizes. We will be introducing all of them - but we have over 30 prizes to be won! Including... a £50 gift voucher for Axethrowing, Theatre Tickets and MUCH MORE! Its safe to say our BG Team are going to be buying tickets too to this one.
There is a car park just around the corner - at Stoke View Car Park OR 664 Fishponds Rd Parking - or lots of public transport links.
