The perfect event to get your season started - our 2024 EPIC 10k Trail Series begins in our home town of Bristol at the stunning Ashton Court Estate.
With some testing climbs rolling terrain and amazing views of the surrounding areas - the Ashton Court route is Exactly what the EPIC 10k Trail series is all about - having fun, challenging yourself and using your fitness to explore some truly unique locations. Plus - the Ashton Court Route is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned trail runners so it really is an event for everyone!
Trail Running or Ruck Running?
As with all of our events in our EPIC 10k Trail Series there are two main ways you can take on the Ashton Court 10k route:
1) A Standard Trail Run - i.e. just you and your trainers versus the trails.
2) A Ruck Run - i.e. take on the same 10k route but with the addition of a weighted backpack that we provide you with on the day (12kg for men 8kg for women).
Competitive or Just For Fun?
For both the trail run & ruck run categories you can also choose whether to enter the competitive heats and compare your course time against others...
Or you can enter the ‘Just for Fun’ heats & take on the route by yourself or with as many friends as you'd like (please note: you will still all receive a finishing time)!
