About this Event

BRISTOL 1904 ARTS is delighted to welcome one of Bristol’s much-loved folk groups, Poor Old Dogs, for an evening of music, storytelling, and good company.

Having played together for over a decade, Poor Old Dogs have become known for their lively performances, rich storytelling, and warm sense of humour. Drawing inspiration from the traditions of UK and Irish folk music, they bring together well-loved tunes, original songs, and the kind of easy musical chemistry that only comes from years of performing together.

Their performances have a natural charm to them, balancing energy and warmth in equal measure. Expect toe-tapping melodies, memorable tales, and music that feels as comfortable as an evening amongst old friends, best enjoyed with a beer in hand.

For one night only, Poor Old Dogs come to Bristol 1904 Arts for what promises to be an evening full of character and folk spirit in the intimate surroundings of our historic Performance Hall.

A night truly not to be missed.
