It’s no secret, we love our barbecue at The 7th Tap. So, we decided to brew a beer named after our favorite cut of smoked perfection. Introducing Brisket, a bold new IPA crafted right here at The Seventh Tap Brewing Project. (Don’t worry, no actual brisket was harmed in the making of this beer, just pure hoppy deliciousness!)
And because good beer deserves great food, we’re bringing back the one and only Sunbird Barbecue for this release! Y’all have been asking when they’d return, and now’s your chance.
