A collaboration with Combe Coastal Wellbeing Team and Ilfracombe Friendship & Social Group. This walk is part of Wellbeing Wednesdays at The Lantern Hall funded by North Devon Coastal PCN and One Ilfracombe.Perfect for those working near the High Street. We will literally be out for about 30 mins. We keep pace to dance music as we stride our streets.
A brisk walk around Capstone Parade will boost our Wellbeing and stretch our legs. We have to keep up as many of our walkers are on a tight schedule.

🔸The Lantern Courtyard 12.00pm (it would be helpful if you can get here 5-10 mins early) come into the Lantern and find us if you are early.

Bring your packed lunch to the Lantern for after if you have time and help yourself to tea & coffee. There will usually be a snack available free of charge at The Lantern.

Some slopes, steps if all can manage and mostly pavement.
⚠️Hazards
Uneven ground and potholes on Cross park, puddles, dog poo, road crossings and people walking in opposite direction to us.
☂️Dress for the weather ( if it’s too wet and windy - you are welcome to take your lunchbreak in The Lantern Hall instead).
