Brisbane Sculpture Festival 2024
AUTUMN is here and the cooler weather invites walks in the open air and what better place to take in the season than the Botanic Gardens at Mt. Coot-tha.
The Botanic Gardens is home to the Brisbane Sculpture Festival and in 2024 the event is more dazzling than ever!
There are two exhibitions to explore one outdoor with spectacular monumental works in the gardens and a large indoor exhibition featuring a vast array of works in amazing mediums - from pristine bronze intricately wound wire found and recycled elements timber and resin.
OPENING NIGHT
A fun and informative affair opening night is your chance to meet the artists talk art and even take part in the judging. Join us at 6pm Friday 24 May at the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens Auditorium for a cultural treat.
As with any decent night out in the River City there will be wine food and good company. Entry is by voluntary gold coin donation.
If a quieter walk through the works of art is more your speed both exhibitions are open daily between 10am - 4pm from Saturday 25 June until 1 June.
