A 2-day workshop for both pregnant and new parents. Bringing Baby Home Programme will give you skills and information to recognise and cope successfully with the normal stressors of becoming a family.
A research-based and tested psychoeducational workshop. Developed by renowned relationship and parenting experts, Drs. John & Julie Gottman.
The workshop is perfect if you are thinking of having a baby, expecting a baby, or already parenting an infant or toddler (0-3 yrs).
Dedicated to improving the quality of life of babies and children by strengthening their parents and family bonds.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
- Learn ways to strengthen friendship & teamwork, and increase intimacy
- Learn ways to communicate better and navigate conflict effectively
- Gain valuable insight into child development and recognise the psychological and emotional needs of their child
- Learn ways to improve the quality of parent-infant interaction
- Participate in exercises and role-plays that help them nurture their relationship while raising a healthy, happy child
WORKSHOP DETAILS
- Dates: Saturday 20th & 27th April 2024
- Times: 09:00 - 16:00
- Early bird rates (until 9th March 2024): 2,800 AED per couple or 1,800 AED per person
- Full rates: 3,300 AED per couple or 2,300 AED per person
- Includes: all materials and light refreshments (lunch can be purchased nearby)
- Includes post workshop support: private Facebook group and a follow up group Zoom call a month following the workshop.
