Guests have been asking for this class for months. We’re finally doing it.Join us on Sunday, February 1st from 2:00–3:30 PM for a cocktail class dedicated to perhaps the most Wisconsin of all cocktail categories: the ice cream drink.
This session will explore the history, balance, and enduring appeal of these classic after-dinner cocktails: rich, nostalgic, and unapologetically indulgent. We’ll break down technique, ingredient choices, and why these drinks have earned a permanent place in Wisconsin bar culture.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own blender for this class. We’ll have two blenders available on-site for anyone who needs to share or forgets theirs.
During the class, we’ll demonstrate and serve four classic ice cream cocktails, each in a half-sized portion:
Brandy Alexander:Wollersheim Press House Brandy, crème de cacao, ice cream
Grasshopper: Crème de menthe, crème de cacao, Fernet Branca, ice cream
Pink Squirrel: Crème de noyaux, crème de cacao, ice cream
Banshee: Banana liqueur, crème de cacao, dark rum, ice cream
As always, we’ll pair the class with our traditional snack accompaniments from FEAST Catering in North Freedom, Wisconsin.
Your ticket includes:
