The Bring Your Kids to College program has STEAM workshops in the ThunderLab Makerspace on Highline College's campus. The workshops consist of multiple stations with exciting activities or experiments that teach STEAM concepts in a fun and interactive way.This month, explore seasonal science at this free workshop! Learn how snowflakes form and glaciers melt, why leaves change color in the fall and winter nights are longer than summer nights.
All ages are welcome. There will be stations for younger participants and more challenging projects for advanced learners.
