Happy New Year! Chef Ace Champion is back for the new year on Wednesday, January 29th at 6:30pm. Doors open at 5:30pm for a pre-dinner glass of wine. We are having Ace's Creole Pan-Seared Chicken-Wild Mushroom Marsala - Cream Sauce- Chicken-avocado oil-creole spices-garlic-shallot-broth-marsala wine. Served with a vegetable side & bread. For dessert, we will enjoy our favorite: Bavarian Cream Key Lime Pie with Dark Chocolate Sauce Vanilla bean custard-key lime-cream-chocolate-rum-lime zest. Class cost $40. Wine sold separately.
