Almost all of the members of the Harvest Community joined because their friend invited them. Some of them were reluctant, some nervous, and some curious, but thankful to have a familiar face by their side. Times haven’t changed. We know you are curious, but perhaps nervous. That's why you've been invited to join us for a WHOLE WEEK! Your friend hand picked you to work out with them because they think you're awesome. Here are the details:-You get to come FOR FREE!
-We want you to commit to the week. It’s okay if you don’t make it every day, but that’s the intention.
- You must attend class with your friend who is currently a member at Harvest
- There will be two Coaches at each class to guide you through your workout
- The style of the workouts will be simple, but can be intensified to meet all abilities.
- The workouts will be different everyday, so you'll get a wide range of fitness!
- After Bring a Friend Week, there are 2 ways you can continue your CrossFit onboarding process. A 3-week beginners class will start the week of September 22nd, or you can choose to go the PT route and hop back into group classes in a jif! If you choose to continue with HIT Class or 60+, you do not need to do additional onboarding.
-When you sign up to continue training, YOU and YOUR FRIEND will be credited $50!
-You can invite as many friends as you want to join you, and therefore multiply your chances for credit!
Once you register, you will receive an email with preparatory information for BAFW!
