Our last Bring a Friend week of 2024! Starting Monday, November 11 through Saturday, November 16, bring as many friends/family/neighbors etc. as you want to as many classes as you want! No membership needed! The week will culminate in our annual Gymsgiving celebration at the gym. The gym will be providing turkeys as always. We hope to see you and your friends there!
