We are hoping to witness the stunning starling murmuration; large numbers of starlings coming to Brighton from as far away as Scandinavia to congregate at dusk around Brighton’s piers, making a fantastic wildlife spectacle.
This is your chance to come on a beautiful walk, whilst learning some new photography skills. The walk is suitable for hiking beginners as its slow paced on an easy walking trail; includes walking some stretches on the beach.
A starling murmuration is a large group of starlings that fly in a synchronized, shape-shifting pattern in the sky. The birds twist, turn, swoop, and swirl together in the air, sometimes in the thousands or even hundreds of thousands.
Brighton is a fantastic backdrop for photography, showing off stunning sea-views, busy and colourful streets, sea birds and the ocean and the waking night-life at dusk.
