WE HAVE NEWS! As of Tuesday, April 16th, Brighter Futures, Brighter Storks will be holding a lunchtime session in the heart of St Helier, making it convenient for all mums-to-be to pop out on their lunch break.
Open to all mums-to-be, this 12-week rolling pathway, Brighter Storks, will introduce them to our wellbeing programmes. These programmes are designed to develop relaxation strategies that encourage a positive state of body and mind. This will enhance their ability to feel safe and be better equipped to cope with life’s ups and downs.
