I am celebrating the gift of the heart-opening practices and support systems I have in my life. In the past year I have had to work through some really difficult experiences and feelings, and it has taken me back to the ground level of my daily practices and what I know to be true many times. I know there is an ever-present light of wholeness inside, and I need practices to bring me back to that sometimes. Some things I am celebrating today are the power of nature, laughter, dance and movement, meditation, true friends and mentors. I am so grateful for these and so many more gifts I have been blessed to receive, that remind me how to come back home to what’s true, let my heart break open, and to extend kindness towards myself and others.
I am here in Maine with my family, and the gifts of being around water are so potent. Running in the rain, picking blueberries with my girls, playing music by the lake, foggy vistas...beautiful gifts that soften and open me to beauty.
I am offering a daylong retreat September 29th in Boulder, in person and online, about how to take care of your energy body in intense times. I hope you can join me!
