Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference 2025

The 22nd Annual Brigham-Kanner Prize Dinner and Property Rights Conference will take place October 23-24 at William & Mary Law School. The Brigham-Kanner Conference is the premier gathering of property experts from the legal academy and the practicing bar. This year's Prize will be awarded to Professor William Fischel, Professor of Economics and Hardy Professor of Legal Studies, Emeritus, at Dartmouth College, whose influential work explores the role of property ownership on engagement in local governance.
